The deposit* for all trips is $400 per person.
Checks (cashier's or personal) and money orders should be made payable to BeerTrips.com.
Credit Cards are also accepted through Paypal. Secure Credit Card transactions will be prompted after you complete the registration form below

After you complete the registration form below, you will be forwarded to a confirmation page with payment details and a printable form to complete, sign and mail with your deposit (if you are paying by check).
You may also send us the waiver as a pdf, jpg, or smart phone picture via email.
An invoice for final payment will be sent approximately 30 - 45 days prior to departure.
Final travel documents (trip list, detailed itinerary, trip information, etc.) will be sent via email as a PDF, about 2 weeks prior to departure.
Most trips require a minimum 8 travelers
Please confirm the operation of the trip prior to buying plane tickets.

* The deposit is refundable less a $50 cancellation fee up to 60 days prior to departure. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure, the full deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations made after final payment, refunds will be made (where possible) according to service contracts and supplier guidelines; these refunds will be based on recoverable expenses. See Terms and Conditions below for more detailed information.
