A deposit of $400 per person is required at the time of registration. The balance is due 30-60 days prior to departure. For reservations made within 60 days of travel, the full amount is due upon registration. All tour participants must complete, sign, and date an online form and/or a tour registration form to validate booking.

• Accommodations as indicated in the trip details, based on double occupancy
• Meals as listed on the trip website
• Entrance fees to attractions, museums, breweries, and other included sites
• Taxes, hotel service charges, and gratuities where applicable
• Sightseeing and transportation as specified in the itinerary

• International airfare unless otherwise stated
• Baggage handling, excess baggage fees, or forwarding of baggage
• Passport and visa fees
• Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, meals not listed, and telephone charges
• Travel insurance (highly recommended)
• Gratuities for guides, drivers, and hotel staff

Deposits are refundable, less a $50 cancellation fee, up to 60 days before departure. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. Cancellations made after final payment will be handled based on recoverable expenses from service providers. No refunds will be given for unused accommodations, services, or features once the tour has started.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and delays.

BeerTrips.com acts as an agent for various service providers, including accommodations, breweries, and transport services. We assume no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property resulting from acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

BeerTrips.com reserves the right to modify itineraries, substitute accommodations, or make necessary adjustments to the tour schedule due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.
